Classic Car Rally

Sunday 12th May was the 2024 Sterling Classic Car Rally, held at Bridge of Allan on a day with many sunny intervals and rather warmer than the forecast had predicted.
I enjoyed chatting to some of the owners, and there were cars I'd never seen before so it was a fun few hours.

Some snapshots of the unusual cars at the show. A Ford Prefect of Douglas Adams fame, an escapee from Z-Cars, and a 5ltr souped-up modern Mustang, along with an older model. Got to love red cars!
There were a few hot-rods but they did seems a touch out of place in the rather genteel surroundings.

A few hotrods were on show.
Two of the older motorcycles were lovingly preserved having been purchased by the current owners (twin brothers) parents and uncle ... over 50 years of family travels.

Two family heirlooms still on the road.
